The invention relates to a high initial strength reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive which reacts with aromatic diisocyanate by crystalline and amorphous polyester polyols of lower molecular weight and has high reactivity. High molecular weight crystalline copolyester with high crosslinking density can achieve high initial and final bonding strength; The thermoplastic polyurethane resin with good compatibility with polyester system can improve the initial adhesion and maintain good flexibility, which makes up for the hardness increase and flexibility decrease caused by the use of fast crystallization and high molecular weight polyester to improve the initial strength of the existing technology.
