Senior R&D Engineer

Job descriptions

1. Engaged in the design and development of industrial/electronic adhesive products;

2. Continuous improvement of existing products;

3. Assisted quality assurance and sales departments to solve customer technical problems and product quality problems;

4. Temporary tasks arranged by the company.

Job Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in polymer materials or chemical synthesis, under 45 years old, conditions can be relaxed;

2, more than 2 years experience in adhesive research and development, engaged in UV glue, epoxy, PUR, silicone research and development, and good at one or more of the above products is preferred;

3, can independently undertake the development of UV adhesive, epoxy, PUR, silicone and other adhesive products, can also design or improve the formula according to customer requirements, complete product design;

4. Familiar with fine chemical industry, domestic and foreign adhesive application technology and manufacturing process level and development trend;

The comprehensive annual income of this position is 200,000-500,000 yuan. The location of this position is Yantai

Sales Engineer

Responsibility

1. Responsible for the planning and implementation of sales activities in the sales region and the completion of sales targets;

2. Open up new markets, develop new customers and increase product sales scope;

3. Maintained and enhanced existing customer relationships, visited and encouraged dealers to further expand the market;

Job Qualification:

1, Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, age 28-38 years old is preferred, can adapt to business trips, salary negotiable;

2, at least 2 years working experience in large and medium-sized electronics factory, working experience as process engineer, inspection engineer, equipment engineer in electronics factory is preferred; Or engaged in adhesive sales workers is preferred;

3. Familiar with the application and requirements of glue in the electronic industry or industrial market, have corresponding product sales experience, and understand the mainstream industry technology;

4. Strong customer communication skills, high business processing ability, and good team spirit;

5. Ability of market analysis and judgment, good sense of customer service;

6. Self-motivated, cheerful, hard-working, responsible and capable of developing and maintaining the market independently.

The position has a comprehensive annual income of more than 100,000 yuan, and the company can arrange the working place according to the actual residence.

Process engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the follow-up and inspection of pilot trial and mass production of new products (process scale-up);

2. Responsible for the compilation, sorting and modification of the production operation instructions;

3. Responsible for training workshop staff on production process;

4. Responsible for the initial review, verification and tracking of the replacement of new raw materials;

5. Solve production quality problems and improve production stability;

6. Excavate and improve the production process.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in chemical engineering such as polymer materials;

2. Be familiar with adhesive industry process and product performance, and have relevant working experience in chemical enterprises;

3. Knowledge and understanding of production equipment;
